Facilities Manager 01-13 to Present

Actively managed an 11 acre campus consisting of four buildings and 117,500 gross square feet. Responsible for coordination and implementation of a federal government lease agreement for the housing of the National Atomic Testing Museum and Department of Energy tenants. Led a workforce of skilled trades responsible for all maintenance activities to include plumbing, HVAC, custodial and landscaping.

Special Investigator, AFOSI Detachment 1313, 1984-1989:

Managed and conducted major criminal, fraud, and counterintelligence investigations in support of eight USAF/NATO installations consisting of more than 9000 military members located within North Dakota, Minnesota, and Manitoba, Canada. Assisted in the development of the first US based Joint Drug Enforcement Task force, which participated in the largest cocaine arrest in North Dakota history. Provided training on hostile intelligence gathering methods to over 400 personnel annually. Briefed command officials and base personnel on the hostile intelligence threat.
